Level 2: Core Trunk

Strengthening the Core of Leadership

​Designed for mid-level managers, this course focuses on building resilience under pressure, owning team outcomes, and influencing through clear, emotionally intelligent communication — the trunk that supports and connects.

Level 3: CORE Canopy

Leading with Vision, Shaping the Future

​ For senior and executive leaders, this course emphasizes strategic ownership, organizational emotional intelligence, and cultivating resilience at scale — the canopy that provides vision, shelter, and far-reaching impact.

This workforce development series is designed to help frontline employees, mid-level managers, and executive leaders grow into stronger, more effective leaders within their organizations and communities.
