60 Years of Leadership and Communication
Our founders met in college in Chapel Hill, North Carolina in the early 90's. They quickly discovered a shared love of dancing, travel, learning, and spirituality. Their travels have taken them both around the world, absorbing languages, cultures, and meeting people.
Through these adventures, they developed a commitment to service and empowering others to live their best lives. Both Ryan Cate and Thea believe that if today's employees develop core foundational skills - including emotional intelligence, social awareness, conflict resolution, and confidence - they will be better equipped and motivated to stay in their roles and produce results.
