60 Years of Leadership and Communication
Mission and Values
Our founders met in college in Chapel Hill NC in the early 90s and they quickly discoverd a shared love of dancing, travel, and spirituality. Their travels have taken them around the world, absorbing languages, cultures, and meeting people.
Their lives have offered many adventures. Ryan, among many other jobs, was a film maker in Oman. Thea was a mental health nutrition blogger.
Through it all they developed a commitment to service and empowering others to live their best lives.
Our motto is,
"Not doing it for fun, but having a whole lot of fun doing it."
We empower individuals and organizations to achieve success. We equip you, and your employees, to build the communication, leadership, and collaboration skills to reach your goals.
Our work will be guided and informed by our beliefs and commitments to:
Inclusiveness - we respect people, value diversity, and are committed to equality.
Contribution - we value and recognize the participation of all members of organizations and communities.
Quality - we strive for excellence through continuous improvement, with a focus on honesty and integrity.
Openness - we are committed to a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
And above all, Service - we exist to be helpful and useful to our clients, and thereby participate in the creation of a better world.
