Job Title: Contract Trainers

Our trainers are exceptional individuals who embody the HPG message: with resilience training, people can overcome any challenges life presents, remain committed to their jobs, and thrive in any environment. Our proven retention strategies have saved companies millions of dollars in recruitment and onboarding costs.

HPG training are based in neuroscience and other cutting edge pedagogy. Neuroscience supports deeper understanding of emotional intelligence and its role in increasing capacity.  We use a co-training model that supports a differentiated learning approach to training. In other words, we read the room and the attendees in order to craft a message that conveys the concepts of our training so all participants can benefit. 

We make it fun!  People retain better because we incorporate a variety of learning modalities, including kinetic, experiential, visual, and aural. Our personalized approach to workforce development targets both individual and team engagement in order to effectively develop those skills and strategies that support the mission and stated goals.  And our approach to psychometric assessment analysis encourages continuing self assessment and application of newly gained strategies and insights. 

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, etc.

  • Keep attendance and other records

  • Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement

  • Collect and assist with analyzing data relative to the needs of state and federal grants that fund programs as needed


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a trainer

  • Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools

  • Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching

  • Proficient in Google Work Space; e-learning software is an asset

  • Phenomenal communication, presentation, and public speaking skills

  • Organizational and time management abilities

  • Critical thinking and decision-making

  • Flexibility with the fast-paced, ever-changing needs of the business

Trainers are hired on a part-time freelance contractor basis. We offer competitive pay and a warm team environment.
