
Cassie Shropshire
Cassie Shropshire is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She is the owner of Save It for Therapy, LLC, a practice dedicated to fostering self-love, healing, and mental wellness.Cassie’s guiding motto is simple: Leave people better than you found them. She is also the co-founder of The Black Girl Burnout Society. Through workshops, group sessions, and community conversations, she helps women navigate burnout, stress, and societal pressures. Cassie previously dedicated 10 years of service with the Alabama Department of Rehabilitation Services (ADRS) as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor and Business Relations Consultant. A proud alumna of Alabama A&M University, Cassie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Rehabilitation Counseling.

Cassie is also the author of Save It for Therapy: The Feelbook, a guided resource created to help individuals better prepare for therapy sessions, reflect on their experiences, and stay engaged in their mental health journey.
